Terms of Service

StopSlouching is a web and desktop application that uses your webcam plus an on-device machine-learning model to estimate your sitting posture and prompt you with stretches when you slouch. It is a productivity and wellness aid — not a medical device, not a substitute for advice from a doctor, physical therapist, or ergonomist.

You may use the 60-minute lifetime free trial without an account. Pro features (unlimited real-time detection, the native desktop app, and the Chrome extension) require an account and a paid subscription via Paddle. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Paddle is the merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account page or via Paddle's customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case — email contact@screenpulse.shop with your order ID. Statutory consumer rights (including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal on the first subscription payment) are unaffected by anything we say here.

• Don't reverse-engineer the application or its bundled model files.
• Don't use StopSlouching to surveil other people without their consent.
• Don't resell or sublicense the service.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.

We may update these terms — material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
