after install

01Launch from the Start menu — a window opens and a system-tray icon appears.
02Grant camera permission, then calibrate posture once (about 5 seconds of sitting still).
03Close the window — it keeps running in the system tray.
04Right-click the tray icon for Show StopSlouching or Quit.

Webcam frames are processed on your device. Nothing leaves the machine. Verify in DevTools → Network — there are no uploads.
